Our Product was born out of a necessity – most dental offices are sprinting through the day just trying to keep up with patients, emergencies, insurance calls, and apparatus that constantly needs attention. We are so busy working in the practice that we rarely get time to work on the practice. Sound Familiar? We’ve lived that reality – seeing amazing team members burn out, roles blur, and new hires get tossed into the deep end without a lifeline. What happens next? Everyone starts creating their own version of “how things should be done”, and suddenly… we are all rowing in different directions.
That is what led us to create the Dental Schoolie platform – to give dental teams proper structure (as a template that you can easily customize to suite your own practice), to give new hires a smooth, confident start, and to give existing staff a break from saying, “Let me show you real quick” for the hundredth time. Every module is clearly documented, recorded and quizzed – so your team doesn’t just guess the right way. They know it. And what’s more, you can codify your own best practices as additional modules be it Operating Procedures, Video Training, Checklists, Training or Competency Tests or Certificates. You can also share these modules (and earn royalties) with others to help all of us get better and work smarter.
